【How to Use】
(1) Apply oil (mineral-based or petroleum-based) to the whetstone.
(2) Apply the whetstone flat against the beveled surface of the blade with an angle between 25 and 30 degrees.
(3) Slowly slide the whetstone. Use just the weight of the whetstone. Pressing too strongly may influence the angle of the blade.
