Free shipping, no customs charges
We ship free from local warehouses to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Your order ships from inside your region, so there are no customs or import charges to pay on delivery. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days.

Free shipping from Japan: Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea
Orders to these destinations ship free from Japan, with no import charges for you to pay: Hong Kong has no import duty, and we cover duties and taxes for Taiwan and South Korea. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.

If an item is out of stock locally
We will contact you to offer an equivalent item in stock locally, or a full refund. If we ever ship your order from Japan instead, we take care of customs and import charges for you.

All other countries
Orders ship from Japan by EMS or DHL and usually arrive within 5 to 7 days. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, and orders over US$400 ship free. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Countries we do not ship to
Russia and Belarus.

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
